OFFICIAL RULES FOR EWING’S
“90 DAYS OF GIVEAWAYS” PROMOTION

Eligibility
Legal U.S. residents, ages 18 or older, are eligible to participate in the promotion. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, states, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary. Entry forms may be requested and completed at any Ewing branch location. Employees of Ewing Irrigation Products and their relatives are ineligible to win.

Prizes & Winner Notification

One prizewinner will be selected daily to receive a $90 MasterCard® from August 19 – November 16, 2012. Daily prizewinners will receive their gift card by mail at the address listed on their entry form within 1-3 weeks from the date of drawing.
Three grand prizewinners will be selected at the conclusion of the promotion on November 16. Grand prize winners will receive their gift card by mail at the address listed on their entry form within 2-4 weeks of the promotion’s conclusion. All prizewinners must provide a valid U.S. mailing address to receive prize.

Additional Information
 The winner’s name, city, and state may be published by Ewing at its discretion. All decisions regarding the administration of Ewing’s 90 Days of Giveaways promotion shall be made solely by Ewing and shall be conclusive, final and binding. Ewing shall resolve any interpretations, disputes or questions regarding the administration or management of the contest.
 
All contestants hold Ewing and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, any of its respective partners or prize suppliers harmless for, from and against, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages, demands, claims whether legal or administrative in nature, tax liability, expense, nonperformance, misperformance, accident or injury of any nature whatsoever incurred (including an award of attorneys’ fees) in the course of an award recipient’s use (or misuse) of any promotion winnings. All submissions sent to Ewing shall be and remain the exclusive property of Ewing.
 
Ewing may, at its discretion, restrict or remove any and all content from a submission. Promotion participants have no expectation of privacy with regard to any submitted content, including email addresses or U.S. mailing addresses. Ewing covenants and agrees that all personal information it receives in connection with the contest will only be utilized for contest purposes and will not be disseminated to a third-party.
 
Ewing is not responsible for correspondence (including prizes or awards) that are lost or stolen in the U.S. mail.
